Experience: Realtor (2006-Present), Real Estate Investor (1997-Present), Landlord/Property Management (1997-Present), Property Tax Negotiation and Representation (2001-Present). I grew up in The Colony, Texas and graduated from The Colony High School, attended Lindsey Cooper Refrigeration School in 1995. Worked as an apprentice/technician for a small home repair company in Richardson, Texas from 1995-1996. I went on to work in my trained field of Heating and Air Conditioning for Kruger's Heating and Air Conditioning in Garland, Texas from 1996 -1997 and for a short while at Carroll's Heating and Air in Carrollton, Texas while I studied and tested to receive my Texas HVAC contractor's license in 1998. I started my own company and served the public honorably for many years until I made a personal choice to leave that field for one that I have a great passion for, and that is what led me to Real Estate. I started investing after marrying in 1997. I decided to get into sales to satisfy my other love of serving the public. I continue to gather and expand on my knowledge of every aspect of real estate. I have assisted my clients with buying, selling, leasing, property management, property tax dispute presentation, and much more.
